Birth Doula Care

Packages include the following: 

  • A complimentary “meet-and-greet” interview via video call or on the phone. An in-home intial meeting is also available for a small cost that will be reimbursed if you book a package. 

  • Prenatal sessions (2 hours each)  to explore a multitude of topics related to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Please refer to the "Prenatal Sessions" section of this website to explore all the possible topics. 

  • Unlimitted support via phone, text and e-mail from pregnancy to postpartum.

  • On-call availability for your birth for the month around your due date.

  • Support laboring at home before moving to your birth location (if desired) 

  • Continuous doula support for you and your birth team during your labor.

  • Postpartum Care Visits (3 hours each) after the baby is born for practical postpartum support and birth reflection.

Birth doulas provide guidance, support and information during the pregnancy and use many holistic approaches to soothe and support you throughout your entire labor and birth. After baby arrives, your doula will nurture you at home through your new transition to becoming parents.
