- A moment to share how you are feeling while wrapped up in a blanket on your couch or in bed. Your doula will massage your feet or head while you chat or simply be present to hear your needs and challenges.Your doula can offer guidance and suggestions for what you are living in this moment, whether it is breastfeeding support, body care questions, how to calm your crying baby, or more.

Reminders on how to fully embody this precious moment of Matrescence and early parenthood.
Free phone, text and email support is included in this package for the first 3 months after the baby's arrival.

Doula Support when you need it!
Perhaps you didn’t receive the support you needed in the early days and your cup is feeling empty. It is never too late to receive some doula care.
Often Mama’s request help around the 3 or 6 month mark because they are feeling totally exhausted and need to replenish.
Doula care can offer you all the same benefits as in the early days.
- Time to be heard, held and nourished
- Help with preparing some nourishing meals or healing drinks.
- Care for your baby while you take a moment to rest, have a bath or take a walk.
- A head or foot massage while you chat about your current challenges or simply rest your mind & body.
- Suggestions and help preparing remedies to heal your body.
